这些配件是由材料适用于食品行业。它们也可以用于冷热自来水。所有黄铜部件进行clean-lead过程,包括去除铅表层的拟合;特殊fda批准的垫片是由氟橡胶®。这些配件不含technopolymers,从而避免兼容洗涤剂和其他化学药剂的问题。这种材料的选择,允许使用的配件到150°C,这使得它们适合其他高温应用程序,除了食品行业。线程是圆柱形,under-head o型环提供气动密封。这避免了密封剂(例如特富龙®)的必要性,从而释放固体碎片在性交和拧松,将污染环境或液体。我们配件可以拧,拧开任意次数,仍然保持清洁和气动密封。这个选择的材料和治疗使这些配件适用于化工、制药、医疗和电子工业。 The fittings are available in two series: • Series F-E fittings are made of brass that undergoes a surface clean-lead process, followed by a surface coating with inter-metal alloy compound; they comply with regulatory standards applicable in Europe and other world countries for use in contact with foodstuffs or drinking water. • Series F-NSF fittings are made of brass with a low-lead content (≤ 0.2%) that undergoes a further surface clean-lead process in compliance with US standards, and are certified to NSF169 and NSF61 standards.
